As a hosting provider, we host content created by our users. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, here’s how to let us know.
To file a notice, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The URL or specific location on our network where the material is located.
- Your contact details (address, phone, and email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
If your content was removed by mistake, you can send us a counter-notice. It must include your identification of the material removed, a statement of good faith belief that it was a mistake, and your consent to local jurisdiction for legal matters.
We take copyright seriously. If a user is found to be a “repeat infringer” (typically three or more valid takedown notices), we will terminate their account in accordance with the law.
