Domain Name Registration Policy

Last Updated: March 15, 2026

This policy applies to all domain names registered, renewed, or transferred through mxNAP, a subsidiary of Ivx Group Ltd (Company No. 17080224) (Registered Address: Suite 70, 60 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 2EW, United Kingdom). By using our domain services, you agree to these terms and the terms of the relevant registry or registrar.

mxNAP acts as a reseller for various accredited ICANN registrars. Your registration is subject to the Master Service Agreement and the policies of the specific registry (e.g., Nominet for .uk, Verisign for .com).

You must provide accurate and complete contact information for the domain’s registrant, administrative, technical, and billing contacts. Failure to provide accurate data may lead to the cancellation of your domain.

Domain registrations are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure your domain is renewed before its expiration date. mxNAP will send renewal reminders, but we are not liable for any loss resulting from a failed renewal.

Where a domain is provided “free” with a hosting plan, the offer typically applies to the first year of registration for specific TLDs. Subsequent renewals will be charged at our standard rates.

To transfer a domain away from mxNAP, you must ensure it is unlocked and you have the necessary authorization (EPP) code. We reserve the right to deny transfers in cases of unpaid balances or disputes.

Registrants are responsible for ensuring their domain name does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Any disputes regarding domain ownership will be handled according to the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) or the relevant registry’s dispute policy.

Expired domains may enter a redemption period where they can be recovered for an additional fee. This period and fee are determined by the registry.

mxNAP does not act as an arbiter in disputes regarding the ownership of domain names. All disputes must be resolved through the UDRP, the URS, or a court of competent jurisdiction. We will comply with any lawful court order or official decision resulting from a dispute resolution proceeding.

mxNAP shall not be liable for any loss of registration, loss of use, or interruption of business regarding domain names, regardless of the cause. We are not responsible for any actions taken by the Registry or ICANN that affect your domain name registration.
