At mxNAP, we strive to provide smart, easy, and affordable web hosting solutions. We understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for our various IT infrastructure and hosting services.

If you’re a new customer and you aren’t satisfied with our shared hosting services, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Please Note: This 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the following web hosting plans:

  • Starter
  • Medium
  • Advanced

No other services or plans (including VPS, Dedicated Servers, Reseller Hosting) are eligible for this 30-day guarantee.

To keep things fair, some services aren’t refundable because we incur non-recoverable costs for them:

  • Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers.
  • SSL Certificates.
  • VPS, Dedicated Servers, and Colocation services.
  • Any custom work or bespoke IT solutions.
  • Software licenses (cPanel, Plesk, Enhance, etc.).

Just open a ticket with our billing team through your client area. We’ll process eligible refunds within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer). Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA), mxNAP does not provide pro-rata refunds for mid-term cancellations. If you choose to cancel a service after the initial 30-day period, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refund will be issued for the remaining time.

No refunds will be issued to any customer whose account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). This includes, but is not limited to, activities such as spamming, hosting illegal content, or server abuse.

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately while we investigate. Please talk to us first—we’re here to help!
